The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with measuring instruments, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality specifications. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality industrial equipment in a dynamic environment. Duties Assemble mechanical components and systems according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and production documents. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify component dimensions and tolerances. Interpret technical drawings and mechanical blueprints to ensure accurate assembly processes. Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools safely and effectively. Conduct quality inspections using shop math and measurement techniques to confirm assembly accuracy. Follow safety protocols including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all assembly activities. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to manufacturing safety standards and procedures. Assist with machining or soldering tasks when required, supporting overall production efficiency. Handle manual tasks such as component handling, positioning, and assembly with precision and care. Collaborate with team members in warehouse environments for material handling and inventory management. Experience Proven experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints related to mechanical systems. Proficiency with measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools. Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment. Knowledge of shop math principles relevant to manufacturing processes. Experience in soldering or machining is advantageous but not mandatory. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial for material handling tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Commitment to safety practices including PPE use during all phases of assembly work.
