Job Title:
Manufacturing Associate (1st or 2nd) ($18-20/hr.) We are looking for dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associates to join our team in Hudson. We are looking for individuals to start as soon as possible. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today! Responsibilities Operate packaging or baler machines Sort inventory Stack inventory Unload and load inventory Perform visual inspections to ensure quality Essential Skills High school diploma or GED. Previous machine operating experience preferred. 1-2 years of previous manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. Experience with machine operation in a production or manufacturing environment. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience operating or working around forklifts. Basic troubleshooting skills for production machinery. Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfort using an overhead crane to move large items, or willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail when performing quality checks with gauges. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Reliability in following schedules and shift requirements. Willingness to participate in a uniform program if desired. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment that emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and teamwork. The role follows structured shifts, including a first shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and a second shift from 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Employees work with machinery, overhead cranes, forklifts, gauges, hand tools, power tools, and CNC-related equipment. A relaxed dress code is in place, and steel-toe footwear is not required, with an optional uniform program available for those who wish to participate. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
