What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: At least 2 years of experience in assembly, fabrication, or mechanical roles with a focus on precision work. Good math and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive approach to overcome challenges. Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work well within a team.
