JOB SUMMARY
Parker is looking for Cell Technicians to perform assembly and testing of products. The role involves reading drawings and instructions, using measuring tools and test equipment, and ensuring finished products meet quality and customer requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform mechanical and assembly work according to instructions and drawings. Read and understand assembly drawings, procedures, and work instructions. Operate testing equipment and verify equipment calibration. Use measuring tools such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers. Inspect and test completed assemblies. Make adjustments or corrections when products do not meet specifications. Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tooling. Work with supervisors and team members to meet production requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and FOD-free work area. Follow all safety and quality procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED. Must meet U.S. Person status requirements. Ability to read and understand drawings, instructions, and procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
PREFERRED
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Experience with assembly, testing, measuring tools, or manufacturing equipment.
SIGN-ON BONUS
$750 total $250 after 30 days of work $500 after 6 months
