Shift:

3rd Shift | 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be a U.S. Person as required for the position.
• Manufacturing, assembly, mechanical, or related hands-on experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow assembly drawings, procedures, and work instructions .
• Ability to perform hands-on assembly and testing with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools, gauges, and testing equipment .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate test readings and records.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with tools, components, and assemblies.
• Ability to identify quality issues and make appropriate adjustments when necessary.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, FOD-free work area. Key Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of assembly and testing functions according to established procedures.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, procedures, and work instructions.
• Operate required testing equipment and verify equipment calibration.
• Use gauges and measuring equipment to verify assemblies meet required specifications.
• Record and maintain accurate test readings and results.
• Perform test audits and identify quality issues.
• Make necessary adjustments to correct irregular or non-conforming assemblies.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling as directed.
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily production requirements.
• Ensure required tooling, hardware, and materials are available for production.
• Assist or instruct team members with daily activities when needed.

Pay:

$22.15 - $23.90 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
