Machine Assembler/Tester Location:
North Canton, OH, 44720 Job Description We are seeking two detail-oriented and skilled Machine Assembler/Testers to join our team in North Canton, OH. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assembling machine components by reading and interpreting blueprints, testing machines, and troubleshooting any issues to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, blueprints, and precise measurements. In this role, you will be working as part of a team and individually to deliver value and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Assemble machine components accurately Read and understand schematics, and assembly instructions. Perform testing of assembled machines to verify functionality and quality. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues . Utilize hand tools proficiently Maintain strict attention to detail Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Document assembly and testing processes. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in assembling machine components. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience in testing machines and troubleshooting mechanical/electrical problems. Skilled in the use of hand tools and assembly equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Awareness and adherence to safety standards and procedures. Good documentation skills for recording assembly and testing activities. Position Type This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 7:30am till 4:00pm. Overtime as required by shipping deadlines. Work Environment Our Assembly department offers a clean working environment with air condition and heat. Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility at the time of hire.
