Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join our team and support the build of high-quality components and assemblies in a fast-paced bench assembly environment. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, requiring the ability to follow technical instructions, work efficiently, and contribute to a team focused on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities Read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions to accurately assemble components and subassemblies Perform bench-level mechanical assembly using hand and power tools, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality Follow established safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards Complete work according to production schedules with minimal supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts Perform other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production setting Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as schematics, BOMs, and work instructions Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy Experience using hand and power tools Basic computer skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks We're an equal opportunity employer.
