You'll work closely with the production team to meet demanding specifications and deadlines. What You'll Do As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for Assemble medical device equipment parts using hand tools and basic blueprint reading skills Follow assembly instructions and quality standards to ensure precision and safety Lift up to 50 pounds regularly, with the ability to handle 25-pound components comfortably Assist with electrical and motor integrations, with prior electrical or AC motor experience considered a plus Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have Previous experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing Basic blueprint reading skills (not in-depth) Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working with hand tools Electrical/AC motor experience is a plus Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Why Join Us in Streetsboro?
