Temp-to-Hire Inova Staffing Services is currently seeking Final Inspectors for our client in Streetsboro, OH.Our client manufactures forged steel products for multiple industries. As a Final Inspector, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of finished parts before they are shipped. This position is hands-on and team-focused, working closely with both the inspection and shipping departments. Over time, there is strong potential for growth into a shipping-focused role.Shift:
2nd Shift - 2:45pm-11:00pm (must train on 1st shift)3rd shift - 10:45pm-7am (must train on 1st shift)Job Details:

$17.00 - $19.00/hrTemp-to-HireWeekly PayResponsibilities:
Perform final visual inspection of forged parts to ensure they meet quality standardsDeburr and remove excess flashing or debris using a vibrating table and hand toolsAssist with assembly, sanding, and finishing of componentsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection areaWork closely with the shipping department to prepare products for final packaging and shipmentOperate a forklift (preferred but not required)Skills SummaryTechnical Skills:
Visual inspection and defect detectionBasic assembly and finishing techniques (sanding, deburring, cleaning)Operating a vibrating or polishing tableQuality assurance and part documentationForklift operation (preferred)General manufacturing and material handlingSoft Skills:
