We are currently seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Streetsboro, OH for a full-time, on-site role Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, offering a competitive pay rate starting at $20.00/hour. This is a great contract-to-hire role- you will be hired on as a permanant employee of our client after 480 hours of work. Click to apply or call (330) 529-9975 salary: $20 - $21 per hour shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Interpret 3D models to understand assembly process and basic computer skills (i.e. email) Use basic hand tools to assemble cabinet components (i.e. sub-assemblies, frames, main, etc.) Installation of flexibar and power cables as required by product design Understand torque drawings and apply them properly Inspection of parts, materials and assemblies to comply with company quality standards Report quality issues to supervisors and leads Properly communicating/documenting with supervision as required in the position Be dynamic and flexible as work content evolves The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes Skills Mechanical Assembling (1 year of experience is required) Parts Assembling Assembly Drawings (1 year of experience is required) Blueprints basic hand tools torque drawings (1 year of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 1 year Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
