Start as soon as this week.] Why Work With Express Multiple openings available across several skilled trades departments One application connects you with multiple opportunities within the facility Weekly pay and benefit package available Local recruiters helping you get to work quickly Current Openings 1st Shift Plasma Operator Shear Operator Press Brake Operator Housing Assembler Paint Prepper Final Assembly Technician 2nd Shift Plasma Operator Press Brake Operator Electrical Assembler Baffles Assembler Final Assembly Technician Welder Mechanical Quality Inspector Electrical Quality Inspector 3rd Shift Press Brake Operator Housing Assembler Welder Final Assembly Technician Primary Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings Assemble fabricated components using hand tools and power tools Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications Maintain production schedules and quality standards Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines Maintain clean and organized work areas Work effectively as part of a production team Required Qualifications Manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, welding, machining, or quality experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions Blueprint reading experience preferred for skilled positions Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings Willingness to work overtime as needed
