HR Key Responsibilities:

Assemble large-scale structural and automation equipment in accordance with project specifications Utilize knowledge of hand and power tools for efficient construction Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting project deadlines Work both independently and collaboratively within a team Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in assembly tasks Engage in heavy lifting activities as required by the project Comfortably work at heights up to 17, and adhere to safety protocols Perform physical tasks such as crouching, bending, pulling, and lifting

Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience in assembly, construction, automotive, or similar industry Proficient with a scissor lift (forklift proficiency a plus) Desire to work in a fast-paced construction or assembly environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to read and understand work instructions and drawings to ensure accurate assembly Working knowledge of automation components (motors, belts, pulleys, sheet metal assemblies, hardware) Experience with standard hand tools (socket & box wrenches, hand drills & impact drivers, allen keys, files & deburring tools) Experience with standard machine shop tools & tool safety (belt sanders, band saws, bench grinders, drill presses) Familiarity with industrial-scale tools a plus (mill, lathe) Familiarity with standard wiring components a plus (Reading circuit diagrams, swage connectors, stripping & terminating wires, screw gate terminals) Environment /

Shift:

Will be working inside at the back of a grocery store where it can be loud at times, dusty, and a lot of automation parts laying around that will need to be installed.
