$1,500 Retention Bonus and 80 Hours of Paid Time Off after first 90 days of employment Job Overview Responsible for performing various tasks involving the movement of materials, production line assignments and wood floor installation in a manufacturing facility. Assembles trailers and components on shop floor or at work bench. Job Responsibilities Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards. Read and interpret assembly blueprints, instructions, directions, and sketches. Position parts and subassemblies and assemble components. Ensure all parts are fitted and installed correctly. Communicate any known shortages to team leader. Assemble items as instructed by floor supervisor. Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities. Follow all company rules and policies. Provide a high level of attention to detail and focus on the given task. Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency. Uphold all OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above. Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques involved in the effective manufacture of goods a plus. Ability to lift heavy items up to 60 pounds consistently required Must have the ability to use and read a tape measure Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form. Willingness to learn and dependable work ethic. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be at work on time Physical Demand and Work Environment Work environment includes regular exposure to noise levels at or above 85 decibels, dust particles, oil products, and weather changes. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be required to be worn during shift. Physical requirements include lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, arm-hand steadiness, finger dexterity, manual dexterity, control precision, near vision, standing for long periods of time, and hearing sensitivity. #BW123
