ASSEMBLER

$18

•24/hour | 5:00 AM-3:30 PM Assemble and air-test standard valves Prepare parts and work orders to meet production schedules Operate wash systems and perform 5S activities Use hand tools and interpret blueprints Mechanical assembly experience preferred Ability to stand 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

POLISHER

$18

•21/hour | 5:00 AM-3:30 PM Operate buffing wheels, hand tools, and automatic polishing equipment Use profilometers and other measuring equipment Perform hand lapping, simple rework, and tooling adjustments Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform 5S and other duties as assigned Polishing experience preferred

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

•23/hour | 5:30 AM-3:30 PM Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished components Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, profilometers, and other inspection equipment Read engineering drawings and technical specifications Review quality and material documentation Perform PMI and Liquid Penetrant/NDT inspections as required 2+ years of manufacturing quality experience preferred

SHIPPER/RECEIVER

•23/hour | 5:00 AM-3:30 PM Receive, inspect, package, and ship materials Load and unload trucks using a forklift Process UPS/FedEx shipments and coordinate pickups Update inventory and bin locations in ERP Prepare domestic, export, and government shipments Forklift experience required

MATERIAL COORDINATOR

$21/hour | 5:00 AM-3:30 PM Clean and prepare parts for assembly Perform inventory and stockroom functions Use barcode scanners and ERP systems to issue parts Maintain accurate inventory records Operate and maintain the parts wash system Inventory experience required

CNC MAZAK MACHINIST

•32/hour | Monday-Thursday 1st

Shift:

5:00 AM-3:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM-1:30 AM Set up, program, and operate Mazak CNC lathes and mills Use Mazatrol controls Read blueprints and work to specified tolerances Perform inspections and deburring Monitor tooling and complete production paperwork Mazak experience required
