What You'll Do Open boxes, unpack crates, and load parts onto the assembly line Use hand tools and power tools to build net enclosures and other components Ensure accurate assembly and timely delivery of products Lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Stay on your feet and stay focused—this is a fast-paced, hands-on role Receive and respond to performance feedback with a positive attitude What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of mechanical assembly experience Reliable attendance and a steady work history Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours daily Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and team spirit Why This Role Stands Out This is a contract-to-hire position.
