Mechanically inclined? Like building things and seeing the finished product? OneSource Staffing is hiring an experienced Mechanical Assembler (Gruenberg Ovens) in New Columbia, PA! This is more than just putting parts together. You'll work with industrial ovens and environmental test chambers, using hand and power tools, blueprints, and mechanical skills to build custom equipment.

Pay & Schedule Pay:

$19.00 to $22.00/hr. |

Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Location:

New Columbia, PA What You'll Do Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions Assemble standard and custom industrial equipment Install components including doors, motors, heaters, blowers, fans, coils, and liners Position and fasten parts using bolts, screws, and other hardware Drill and tap mounting holes Insulate cabinets and install various equipment options Use basic hand and power tools including drills, wrenches, sockets, and screwdrivers Move between assembly stations based on production needs Complete assembly sign-off documentation Inspect completed units before they move to testing What We're Looking For 6-12 months of related experience or equivalent training Strong mechanical aptitude Basic blueprint and schematic reading skills Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to measure accurately with a tape measure and square Basic computer skills Willingness to obtain forklift certification is a plus Must be willing to work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines Physical Requirements Regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach Ability to climb and balance when needed Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Work around moving mechanical equipment
