$18-$23/hour (depending on experience)
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm Overview A growing manufacturing team is hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to support production of electrical and mechanical components. This is a great opportunity for entry-level or early-career candidates to gain hands-on experience, receive on-the-job training, and grow within a stable, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform electro-mechanical assembly of products using hand tools and basic equipment Assist in building control panels, enclosures, and small wired assemblies Follow step-by-step instructions, SOPs, and assembly drawings Support basic wiring, crimping, and component installation Perform visual quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain a clean and organized workspace Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals Requirements High School Diploma or GED required 0-3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or hands-on technical work preferred Mechanically inclined; enjoys building, fixing, or working with tools (personal or professional experience) Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly Basic familiarity with hand tools (screwdrivers, wire cutters, etc.) Strong attention to detail and reliability Comfortable working in a team environment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
Preferred Experience:
