Industrial Assembler Shippensburg, PA Pay:
$17.00
•$21.40/hour

•2:00 AM We are hiring Industrial Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Shippensburg, PA. This position is responsible for assembling mechanical components and subassemblies for specialty vehicles and equipment while ensuring quality and production standards are met. Candidates should be comfortable working with hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and performing assembly work in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, hoses, wiring, and hydraulic systems using hand and power tools Install accessories and additional equipment according to specifications Read blueprints, schematics, and measurements to accurately position and install components Drill, cut, grind, and modify parts as needed using various shop tools and equipment Follow written and verbal work instructions to complete assemblies Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Move and stack assembled components weighing up to 35 pounds Cross-train in multiple production areas to support manufacturing needs
Qualifications:
Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred Experience using hand tools and power tools Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or mechanical schematics Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Why Apply? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35360.00
•$44512.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
