Job Duties Follow all workplace safety policies, procedures, and OSHA-compliant safety standards while performing safety-sensitive manufacturing and assembly operations. Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and lift trucks with capacities up to 10 tons, to safely move materials and equipment throughout the facility. Operate overhead cranes with capacities up to 30 tons to support production, assembly, and material-handling activities. Assemble, install, and align mechanical components, subassemblies, drive systems, gears, chains, and belts while maintaining precise tolerances and quality standards. Support equipment startup, testing, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and rebuild projects to ensure operational efficiency and reliability. Identify and communicate equipment, tooling, maintenance, quality, and safety concerns, partnering with supervisors and technical teams to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Field Service, and Production teams to ensure accurate equipment assembly, on-time project completion, regulatory compliance, and high-quality manufacturing outcomes.
