Job Description

About us QEMS provides contract electronics manufacturing services, specializing in building printed circuit assemblies for a diversified customer base having products in a wide variety of industry and market segments. Adhere to company policies, procedures Maintain the highest standards for quality workmanship, Safety and Housekeeping Must be experienced in running machine according to work order specifications. Performs preventative maintenance on machines and equipment using hand tools. Ability to follow production schedules and Control Plan Monitors and maintains equipment and products to meet company standards. Able to read, understand, and comply with ISO procedures and work instructions. Shall maintain a neat appearance about self & work area. Shall be accountable for quality, quantity and inspection of work performed.
Requirements:
High School or GED degree. Must be 5+ year experience in Machine Operator Physical demands: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing business environment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with minimal supervision. Strong computer proficiency with Excel and data entry. High level of teamwork and collaboration skills. Experience working with small parts and good manual dexterity. Flexibility to work Over-Time on weekends and holidays. Punctuality and good attendance record. Able to work well under minimal supervision.
