Job Description
Job Overview This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine/Assembly Operator, located in Fort Worth, TX. The Machine/Assembly Operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate quality control throughout the production process and ensuring efficiency. Responsibilities will also include meeting production goals, maintaining a safe and organized workspace. No experience needed, we will train. Responsibilities Operate injection molding machines Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Understanding of Quality Control practices to ensure product standards Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines Ability to perform repetitive tasks Standing, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift Responsibilities This role is responsible for safely operating injection molding machines Manually opening the safety door to load/unload product Inspect parts and maintain consistent production and quality standards Identify defects such as flash, short shots, sinks, or warpage Assemble/Package items if required Communicate issues to supervisors promptly Applications Application available on-site Request application through email to apply online
