Job Description The CNC Technician-Machine Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting production machines within the facility, including but not limited to hooking up control wiring, mounting motors, and entering basic controller settings of production equipment. Connect control wiring and troubleshoot CNC controls/machines Daily duties will require use of volt-ohm meter, electrical-mechanical hand tools Qualifications Electrical and Mechanical aptitude. Prompt, Positive attitude, Pep in your step. High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Qualifications of Top Candidates Ability to work in a Fast-paced Teamwork oriented environment Prior Machine Assembling experience Electrical-Mechanical troubleshooting of simple machines Ability to use volt-ohm meter, electrical-mechanical hand tools Understanding of basic electrical components (switches, relays, fuses, power supplies, sensors, motors) Understanding of basic mechanical components (gears, bearings). Associates Degree or Certification in an Electrical-Mechanical field Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a standard warehouse environment.
