Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical, vocational, or manufacturing-related training is a plus. Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production documents. Experience Requirements Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply. 0-1 year of assembly, mechanical assembly, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred. Experience using hand tools or power tools is beneficial but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards. Preferred Qualifications Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to interpret assembly instructions and bills of materials. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship. Experience with material handling equipment is a plus (training and authorization required). Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to work safely with tools, equipment, and production materials. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Job Duties Assemble products according to approved work instructions, drawings, and supervisor direction. Install hardware, panels, doors, seals, insulation, brackets, and related components. Safely use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and measuring devices. Verify parts and materials prior to installation and report discrepancies. Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, alignment, and workmanship. Complete production records, labels, checklists, and traceability documentation. Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements. Maintain a clean, organized workstation using 5S standards.
