Additional 10% Shift Differential Overview Apache Workforce is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for multiple industrial manufacturing partners. These roles involve hands-on assembly of mechanical systems, equipment, and components in a production shop environment. This position offers long-term growth potential, including advancement into lead-level roles based on performance and experience. What You'll Be Doing Mechanical Assemblers may be responsible for: Assembling mechanical components and sub-assemblies using blueprints and work instructions Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and basic powered equipment to complete assembly tasks Installing mechanical parts such as frames, panels, piping, tubing, and hardware Performing quality checks using measuring, alignment, and torque tools Identifying and reporting defective materials or inconsistencies Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Supporting production flow and assisting other departments as needed Following all safety procedures and manufacturing standards Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For 2-5 years of mechanical assembly or related manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and assembly instructions Familiarity with mechanical systems, fasteners, and structural components Experience with measuring tools (torque wrenches, levels, calipers, etc.) Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Forklift or material handling experience is a plus Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience in ISO-certified manufacturing environments Familiarity with

P&ID, ISO
