Responsibilities:

• Assemble engines and mechanical components according to technical specifications and engineering drawings
• Inspect and test assembled parts for quality and proper operation
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for assembly tasks
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to resolve assembly issues
• Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in parts or finished products
• Maintain accurate records of completed assemblies and inventory usage
• Adjust and align parts to ensure optimal functionality
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs as needed
• Maintain high standards for quality, productivity, and efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in engine or mechanical assembly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Familiarity with mechanical tools and machinery
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
