- 1st Shift will be responsible for assembling and installing metal components and fabricated assemblies used in industrial equipment applications.

Shift Responsibilities:
Build and install metal panels, doors, siding, and structural components for industrial equipment Assemble custom-fabricated parts according to specifications and production requirements Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings Secure seams, joints, and connections using appropriate fastening methods such as bolts, welds, sealants, or solder Measure, align, and adjust components to ensure proper fit and structural integrity Operate hand tools and power tools to cut, grind, smooth, polish, and finish metal surfaces Inspect completed assemblies for quality, safety, and accuracy before final installation Maintain a safe and organized work area while following established safety procedures Accurately record time worked and labor classifications using the company's timekeeping system Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs Mechanical Assembler- 1st
Shift Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail Comfortable working with hand and power tools Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Capable of managing workload in a fast-paced production environment Safety-conscious mindset with consistent adherence to guidelines Mechanical Assembler- 1st
Shift Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing required Mechanical Assembler- 1st Shift
