Please read all Skills Required Minimum 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision components. Ability to use mechanical and electrical test equipment, including: Multimeters/meters, Microscopes, Torque wrenches, Feeler gauges Other precision measurement and testing equipment Soldering experience with cabling, through-hole, and surface-mount technologies. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to work with high-precision, small parts. Strong ability to follow detailed procedures and established processes. Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications IPC-610 or IPC-620 certification/experience is a plus but not required. Job Description Assemble components and products according to specifications, drawings, blueprints, and established procedures. Select and properly use appropriate tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment. Perform testing of completed assemblies using mechanical and electrical test equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during assembly and testing. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation. Identify and verify components and materials used in assembly. Use hand tools and rework techniques to complete assemblies and make necessary corrections. Perform dimensional measurements and set or verify tolerances for mechanical parts and assemblies. Perform precision work involving small mechanical and electrical components. Complete labor records and accurately document work-related transactions. Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying established manufacturing principles, processes, and tools. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve production and quality issues. Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
