In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring all products meet quality standards and technical specifications. Duties Mechanical assembly — assembling brackets, enclosures, fasteners, and basic mechanical components according to provided instructions. Electronics/IT hardware assembly — installing boards, routing cables, mounting devices, and performing simple checks (e.g., verifying connections). Following build procedures — adhering to step-by-step instructions, documentation, and revision-controlled processes. Quality checks — visually inspecting assemblies for alignment, correct hardware usage, and clean cable routing. Documentation — recording completed work, part usage, and any issues encountered. Independent workflow — completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications Basic mechanical aptitude; comfortable using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and torque drivers. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Familiarity with simple electronics assembly (plug-in connectors, cable routing, mounting boards). Strong attention to detail and consistency. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Preferred (Not Required) Experience in small-batch assembly or prototype environments. Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on technical setting.
