$18.00 - $19.00hr Summit Staffing is hiring for a growing manufacturing company in Roanoke, TX! We're seeking dependable Mechanical Assembly Technicians to join a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy working with hand tools, reading assembly instructions, and building high-quality products. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools Read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions Install fittings, valves, brackets, tubing, and hardware Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process Conduct basic testing as required Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality standards Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

1+ years of mechanical assembly experience preferred Experience using hand and pneumatic tools Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to pass pre-employment Drug-Test /

Background Check Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
