In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet quality standards. Your expertise in interpreting technical drawings, using measuring instruments, and handling specialized tools will be essential to your success. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and systems according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and production documents. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately to guide assembly procedures. Operate power tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, and specialized industrial equipment safely and effectively. Conduct quality checks using shop math and measurement techniques to ensure assembly accuracy. Follow safety protocols by properly utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks. Assist with machining, soldering, or other related tasks as needed within the manufacturing process. Experience Proven experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environments is preferred. Familiarity with interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings is essential. Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measurement devices. Knowledge of shop math principles and basic mechanical concepts. Ability to operate power tools, pneumatic tools, soldering equipment, and other industrial machinery safely. Strong manual handling skills with attention to detail in assembling small or complex parts. Prior experience working with manufacturing documentation and following strict quality standards is a plus.

Schedule Monday-Thursday:

6:00 AM-4:00 PM Overtime on Fridays as needed Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
