What You'll Do As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality electrical and electromechanical assemblies.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using work instructions, drawings, and specifications ✅ Perform hand soldering of electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring assemblies ✅ Conduct functional testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed ✅ Read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and basic electrical schematics ✅ Use hand tools and small power tools for mechanical assembly ✅ Ensure products meet quality, workmanship, and performance standards ✅ Accurately document production activities ✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area ✅ Follow established safety procedures and manufacturing best practices ✅ Work with team members to improve production efficiency and product quality ✅ Participate in cross-training to learn additional and more advanced assembly processes What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience or formal technical training Strong hand soldering skills Ability to read assembly drawings and basic electrical schematics Experience using hand tools and mechanical assembly equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one if required Preferred Qualifications IPC-A-610 and/or

IPC J-STD-001

Pay Details:
