Assembly Worker - Weekly Pay!! Job Description I am seeking dedicated and reliable candidates to join our client's team of Industrial Assemblers. As an Industrial Assembler, you will be responsible for fabricating and joining pipes, fittings, and valves according to detailed blueprints. This role's duties will include cutting and grooving pipes, forming and pressing gaskets, and logging data into the computer for progress updates. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints to assemble pipe connectors and basic pieces according to job specifications. Cut and groove pipes accurately. Log assembly progress into the computer system. Form and press gaskets as needed for assembly. Ensure all components are assembled correctly and meet quality standards. Essential Skills Proficiency in mechanical assembly using hand and power tools. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Experience in pipe joining, connectors, and related products. Work Environment Work in a dynamic metal and fabrication shop where conditions are clean. The shop is equipped with large fans for ventilation. Engage in assembly and fabrication as well as warehouse distribution tasks. Enjoy a guaranteed 40-hour work week with a diverse range of projects including sports stadiums, automotive, oil and gas, and defense sectors. The shop operates on a single shift from Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional overtime every other Friday. Candidate must be willing to submit to a pre-employment screening. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Jordan, UT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
