PM Job Type:

Full-Time We are recruiting an Electrical Winder for a well-established operation in Pasco. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with motor rewinding experience or a mechanically skilled candidate who wants to continue developing specialized skills in electric motor repair. You'll work hands-on with motors, armatures, rotors, windings, and other electro-mechanical equipment while becoming an important part of a skilled shop team. What You'll Do Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and document electro-mechanical equipment Disassemble and prepare motors and components for repair Inspect electrical and mechanical components for wear or damage Rewind electric motors using proper winding and insulation techniques Work with armatures, rotors, wound rotors, DC fields, and synchronous fields Operate winding machines, surge testers, test panels, and core-loss testing equipment Use burnout and bake ovens, grinders, dip tanks, and VPI equipment Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, hand tools, and power tools Complete repair and job documentation accurately Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow established safety procedures and EASA standards Continue developing your skills in motor inspection, testing, repair, and rewinding

What We're Looking For Required:

High school diploma or GED Strong mechanical aptitude Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to follow safety procedures and retain technical training Dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused Ability to pass required background and drug/alcohol screening Ability to work occasional overtime or weekends based on business needs Experience that could make you a great fit: Electric motor winding or rewinding Electric motor or pump repair Industrial electrical work Electro-mechanical repair Industrial maintenance Manufacturing or machine repair Generator or rotating-equipment repair Electrical troubleshooting Prior motor winding experience is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical or electrical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
