Job Description
Production Finisher / Mold Operator Job Summary Perform production, assembly, and finishing work in a manufacturing environment Operate molding equipment and assemble small parts while maintaining quality and safety standards Responsibilities Perform assembly and finishing tasks, including fastening, bonding, sanding, masking, and measuring Operate molding machines to produce small parts Use hand and light power tools safely and effectively Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy Complete production documentation as required Follow established procedures, tolerances, and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Support production goals and team operations Requirements Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred Ability to use hand and power tools Basic blueprint reading skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Mechanical aptitude Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards Ability to follow written instructions and documented procedures Reliable and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications Plastic molding or injection molding experience Mechanical or electrical assembly experience Experience using measuring and inspection tools Aerospace or medical manufacturing experience Ability to learn new processes quickly Benefits & Growth Medical and dental benefits 401(k) with company match Stable work environment Training and skill development opportunities Career growth within manufacturing operations Work Environment Clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility Production and assembly-based work Use of hand tools, power tools, and molding equipment Precision-focused work with small parts Safety-focused and organized workplace Apply today and we will contact you within 24-48 hours. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
