Utility Operator

•1st or 2nd Shift Appleton, WI | Multiple Shift Options Full-Time | Hands-On | VarietyGrowth Are you mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and like having something different to do each day? A to Z Machine Company is looking for a Utility Operator to support a variety of functions throughout our machine and production shops. This is a great opportunity to build your manufacturing skills, cross-train in different areas, and become an important part of the team.

What You'll Do:

Support various machine shop and production operations Assist with truck driving, loading/unloading, and material handling Support shippingreceiving activities Assemble parts using bolts, clips, screws, and other fasteners Perform basic inspection of finished assemblies Polish, saw, grind, and deburr parts Learn to read blueprints and efficiently assemble/disassemble parts Train to safely operate forklifts, cranes, and company vehicles Follow 5S, ISO/quality, and safety procedures
