We are looking for a Powder Coat Operator to join our client a clean, modern manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preparing industrial door parts, operating the paint line, and ensuring finished parts are properly staged for final assembly.

What You'll Do:

Prepare parts for painting using grinders, sanders, and cleaners Load and unload parts onto a conveyor paint line using the correct hangers Operate and monitor the powder coating/paint line according to the production schedule Remove parts once they are fully cured Inspect and handle finished painted parts Pull and organize the correct parts for door kits Stage finished parts onto the appropriate carts by door number Package and deliver finished product to the appropriate department Maintain productivity and quality during busy periods Follow safety procedures and keep the work area organized Assist in other areas as needed

What We're Looking For:

Automotive painting, industrial painting, or other spray-painting experience is also considered Powder coating experience is ideal Manufacturing or production experience preferred Comfortable using grinders, sanders, and other hand/power tools Good attention to detail and ability to follow production schedules Able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented and dependable Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and bend, twist, and squat throughout the day

Compensation & Benefits:
