We are looking for motivated Mechanical Assemblers who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy building products from the ground up, we'd love to have you join our team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will assemble construction equipment and components using hand and power tools while following engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble mechanical components and complete equipment according to blueprints, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and measuring devices safely and effectively. Install components including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Verify proper fit, function, and quality of assembled products. Identify and report quality concerns or production issues. Perform inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company quality standards. Maintain an organized and safe work area while following all company safety policies. Work collaboratively with team members and production leadership to meet daily production goals. Cross-train in multiple assembly areas as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools safely. Experience reading blueprints, assembly drawings, or work instructions is preferred. Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical assemblies is a plus. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift. Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, twist, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
