In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent hand-eye coordination, and experience working with various tools and measurement instruments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality equipment in a dynamic and safety-conscious environment. Duties Assemble mechanical parts and systems according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify component dimensions Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble parts Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately Perform welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication tasks as required for assembly processes Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure adherence to specifications Assist with warehouse operations including material handling using forklifts when necessary Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve workflow efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly environments with mechanical components Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding, soldering, and machining techniques Knowledge of fabrication processes including welding and metalworking Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory Candidates who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute their technical skills will find this role rewarding.
