Job Description

Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Machine Operator who is comfortable behind an industrial sewing machine and handy with tools. We are willing to train and get you ready for this position. You will be responsible for the "foundation" of our product: cutting vinyl, sewing high-strength webbing, and prepping the wire hoops that give our ducts their shape. Sewing experience is a major plus for this role but is not required. We need someone who understands how to handle heavy materials and maintain a consistent stitch quality. Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Use measuring tools to ensure precise dimensions and quality control. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks and troubleshoot fabrication issues promptly. Follow basic math calculations for measurements, material quantities, and tolerances essential for accurate fabrication. Requirements Familiarity with ductwork fabrication, and assembly processes. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools Mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities in a manufacturing environment.
