• Posted on June 25, 2026 Published By Matthew Norton Trillium Staffing is currently seeking 1st & 2nd shift Mechanical Assemblers for a Direct Hire opportunity with a leading manufacturer in the Sturgeon Bay area.

Responsibilities:

• Complete entry-level assembly work and prep parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics
• Assist with building subassemblies for large equipment
• Support installation of engines, pumps, tires, conduit, and hydraulic systems
• Train alongside Mechanical Assemblers to develop mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills
• Lift, move, and stack completed subassemblies and parts
• Operate overhead and jib cranes to position materials
• Support additional duties as assigned Benefits
• 4-day work week on 2nd shift with shift differential

Shift:

Monday-Thursday | 6:00AM-3:00PM; Friday 6:00AM-12:00PM

• 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday | 2:30PM-1:00AM (3-Day Weekend)

Pay:

$18

• 20/hour.

Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical knowledge or strong mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn blueprint reading
