Job Description

- Posted on June 25, 2026 Published By Matthew Norton Trillium Staffing is currently seeking 1st & 2nd shift Mechanical Assemblers for a Direct Hire opportunity with a leading manufacturer in the Sturgeon Bay area.
Responsibilities:
- Complete entry-level assembly work and prep parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics
- Assist with building subassemblies for large equipment
- Support installation of engines, pumps, tires, conduit, and hydraulic systems
- Train alongside Mechanical Assemblers to develop mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills
- Lift, move, and stack completed subassemblies and parts
- Operate overhead and jib cranes to position materials
- Support additional duties as assigned Benefits
- 4-day work week on 2nd shift with shift differential

- 1st
Shift:
Monday-Thursday | 6:00AM-3:00PM; Friday 6:00AM-12:00PM- 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Thursday | 2:30PM-1:00AM (3-Day Weekend)Pay:
$18- 20/hour.
Qualifications:
- Basic mechanical knowledge or strong mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn blueprint reading
