SGM.A.(9/3/26)1 Mechanical Assembler About the Role We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling large industrial equipment and mechanical components using engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Key Responsibilities Assemble large mechanical equipment and industrial components. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assemblies. Install mechanical components, hardware, hoses, fittings, and other equipment. Perform basic fitting, alignment, and adjustments to ensure proper assembly. Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and functionality. Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work closely with welders, fabricators, engineers, and other production team members. Qualifications Previous experience in mechanical assembly, industrial equipment, fabrication, or manufacturing. Ability to read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings. Comfortable working with hand and power tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to assemble large or complex equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
