Job Description
Main Tasks Assisting in the setup, adjustment and operation of machinery to produce goods or parts according to specifications
Performing cleaning, servicing and routine maintenance on machines to ensure they remain in good working order
Supporting the monitoring of machines during operation to ensure they are functioning properly and carrying out repairs as needed
Identifying problems (causes) that occur with machines and supporting the optimization of processes for troubleshooting
Administering operational processes and keeping accurate records of machine performance
Capability to set up and produce product at acceptable quality levels.
Ability to changeover equipment from model to model in predetermined times and produces products at acceptable quality levels.
Perform SPC checks and maintain quality documentation.
Knowledge to determine if equipment is not performing to standard.
Knowledge to follow BOM and produce products to schedule.
Ability to maintain process scrap to acceptable levels.
5S duties
Perform Preventative Maintenance on equipment.
Performs other job related duties as assigned
