Maintains the automated cutting machines. Perform manual cutting of the web, if needed. Must be alert for in-process product imperfections and bring to the supervisor or lead's attention. Move work within department after completion. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications ​High School Diploma and no work related experience. Two years (2) years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Must possess knowledge using hand tools. Demonstrate basic mathematical, reading, writing, and comprehension as well as communication skills. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail. Demonstrate the capacity to shift priorities. Ability to work closely and effectively with all employees and management staff. Physical Demand Requirements ​Required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
