Job Summary Must be able to set up and operate the machinery in department 7 in an efficient manner. This position requires extreme attention to details and a thorough knowledge of the work procedures and component applications. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to set up and operate the machinery in department 7 such as die cast, small rotor final, spin cast, fab rotor, etc... Ability to visually inspect parts and detect defects and make necessary changes with quality guidelines Read a tape measurer Must comply with company quality and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and orderly work area Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or

GED Preferred Qualifications:

Previous employment in manufacturing Ability to work in a Team oriented setting Good Communication skills - Verbal & Written
