Job Summary Must be able to set up and operate the machinery in department 7 in an efficient manner. This position requires extreme attention to details and a thorough knowledge of the work procedures and component applications. Employee will be responsible for producing high quality parts for the next internal customer in the chain. Job Description
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to set up and operate the machinery in department 7 such as die cast, small rotor final, spin cast, fab rotor, etc... Ability to visually inspect parts and detect defects and make necessary changes with quality guidelines Read a tape measurer Must comply with company quality and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and orderly work area Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Basic Math Skills Ability to read and follow instructions Strong attention to detail Self motivated Ability to multi-task Preferred Ability to work independently Dependability
TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Must be able to read prints Use micrometers, verniers, snap gauges Basic computer skills Operate a fork lift
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or
GED Preferred Qualifications:
Previous employment in manufacturing Ability to work in a Team oriented setting Good Communication skills - Verbal & Written
