Temporary (Approximately 3 Months) Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Sealant & Undercoating Operator for our fabrication and manufacturing client in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for applying seam sealer and protective undercoating to production units while maintaining quality and production standards. Responsibilities Apply seam sealer and undercoating to production units. Follow work instructions and on-the-job training. Maintain quality and consistency of finished products. Assist in maintaining production workflow. Keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures. Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to follow detailed work instructions. Comfortable working with sealants and undercoating materials. Comfortable working in an environment where clothing may become dirty. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
