Overview We are seeking a skilled Laser Engraver or a person willing to learn to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer cad/engraving software like lghtburn, CorelDraw or Adobe illustrator. A key part is customer service, ensuring that clients receive an exceptional experience. Duties laser engraving Ordering products Maintain high standards of customer service Utilize laser software, and POS system formanaging client records. Engage with clients to provide excellent customer service, addressing their needs and concerns effectively. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for clients. Skills Background in retail sales to effectively promote services and products. Proficiency with laser software systems. Knowledge of basic computer skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
