Driver's License Manufacturing Full Job Description Position:
PSE Manufacturing Floater
POSITON SUMMARY
Full-time position in manufacturing assembly, as a floater you will learn varied tasks in multiple departments. This position will be utilized to assist departments when a backlog occurs or to fill in for vacation or sick time.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS REQUIRED
1. High school diploma or GED. 2. Must have a current Arizona driver's license and no felony convictions. 3. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well. 4. Ability to use hand tools 5. Previous Manufacturing experience preferred
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Read and understand Manufacturing order (MO) routing. 2. Prepare handles for painting procedures, (sand, wash, epoxy, etc.) 3. Count and quality check parts before moving to the next process. 4. Fill out move log daily after parts are moved to next process 5. Run machinery (CNC, Hurco, Tumblers, ect.) 6. Bowline assembly 7. Paint (Spray guns, touch up, film dip) 8. Practice safety protocol for department
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more 2. May require long periods of sitting, standing, or walking. 3. Use of handheld tools (i.e. paint gun, sanders, etc.)
WORKING CONDITIONS
1. Exposure to paint related fumes, dust generated by paint prep, & carbon fiber. 2. Protective devices such as back supports, safety glasses, gloves, footwear, ear plugs, etc. 3. Exposure to high temperature cure ovens.
