We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Screen Printing Associate. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced printing team to produce custom designs on apparel and other products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the printing industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

Take garments off the drier and stack for shipping / pick up. Lay out garments per manager instruction to be printed Acting as a final quality control for all printed material as it comes out of the drier. Notifying print team of any discrepancies between art proof and final product. Clean and maintain equipment and work area. Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Load and unload garments onto printing machines. Ensure accurate placement and alignment of designs on products. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of screen printing processes is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work efficiently in a variety of temperature conditions based on the season. (Specifically warm conditions in the summer months) Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
