Position Title:

Laser Operator 1

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 3:15 p.m. - 11:45 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading material on the machines Ensure that the parts that are coming off of the Laser are conforming to the drawing. Getting a First Piece Inspection on all parts that are cut in the department. Using basic measuring tools to take measurements of the parts Packaging parts that have been cut to go to the various departments within the facility. Cut and drill holes per process back-up sheet Perform set-ups per back-up sheets. Inspect work per back-up sheets, using micrometers, height gages and calipers. Identifying and pull correct material. Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, material, scrap, time, according to Company policy Assist in equipment maintenance. Call up programs per back-up sheets. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis. Must be able to perform work subject to

ITAR/EAR

regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Some Mechanical skills. Ability to be on your feet all day.
