Duties:

• Operate machine equipment to cut and sew carpet rolls together as the carpet is fed through the machine, a continuous dyeing process.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to work a hybrid schedule.
• Operate a bailing machine to discard carpet waste.
• Ability to multitask and learn other areas when working on a preparation day.
• Be team and goal-orientated.
• Attendance is an essential function of the job. If there is any reason you cannot comply with our corporate absenteeism and tardiness policy, please inform us of the situation.
• You must adhere to the normal work schedule, i.e., starting and stopping times.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Light use of the AS-400.
